14-day money-back guarantee

We want you to be confident BD GEO Tracker earns its keep. If, within 14 daysof your first purchase, you decide the Service isn't right for you, we will refund the full purchase price to your original payment method. No forms, no questions.

How to request a refund

Email support@bdgeotracker.com within 14 days of your first purchase. Include:

• Your license key, and
• Whatever feedback you'd like to share (optional, but helpful).

We will acknowledge within 1 business day and process the refund within 5 business days to the original payment method. Your bank may take a few additional days to post the credit.

What the guarantee covers

• First-time purchase of any BD GEO Tracker plan (Starter, Growth, or Agency), monthly or annual.
• The full amount you paid at checkout, including any annual prepayment.

What the guarantee does not cover

• Renewals. The 14-day guarantee applies to your first purchase only. After 14 days you can cancel future renewals at any time (your access continues to the end of the paid term and you are not charged again) but past renewal charges are not refundable.
• Custom development or expedited services. If we built something specifically for you outside the standard plan, the underlying labor is non-refundable.
• Purchases with a credit applied. Refunds are limited to the cash amount you paid.

EU and UK 14-day right of withdrawal

If you are a consumer based in the European Economic Area or the United Kingdom, you also have a statutory right to withdraw from a distance contract within 14 days of purchase without giving a reason. This statutory right runs in parallel with our 14-day guarantee. To exercise the statutory right, email support@bdgeotracker.com.

Where you have started using the Service before the 14-day period expires and the Service is digital content not supplied on a tangible medium, you acknowledge under CRD Art 16(m) that the right of withdrawal is lost once performance has begun with your express consent. Our 14-day guarantee still applies regardless.

Cancellation versus refund

Cancellation stops future renewals; refunds return money you have already paid. You can cancel any time from getbdshield.com/my-account/subscriptions or by email; cancellation does not require a refund request.

Chargebacks

If you initiate a chargeback through your bank or card issuer instead of contacting us first, your account may be suspended pending resolution. We typically resolve a refund faster than a chargeback would. Please email us first.
