Acceptable Use Policy
Effective date: June 15, 2026
This Acceptable Use Policy applies to your use of BD GEO Tracker. It is incorporated by reference into our Terms of Service. Violating this policy can result in suspension or termination of your account, and we may report serious violations to law enforcement.
You agree not to use the Service to
Content
- Generate, store, query, or distribute content that is unlawful in your jurisdiction or in the United States.
- Produce content sexually depicting minors (CSAM). We will report any such activity to NCMEC and to law enforcement.
- Produce content designed to harass, defame, threaten, dox, or stalk an identifiable person.
- Produce content that promotes or facilitates self-harm, suicide, or violent extremism.
- Generate election-related disinformation, deepfake media of real persons without consent, or other content designed to deceive identifiable third parties.
- Generate content that infringes another party's copyright, trademark, trade secret, or other intellectual-property right.
- Run prompts that solicit personal data of identifiable individuals (other than yourself or persons who have authorized you), credentials, or other private information.
Technical conduct
- Reverse-engineer, decompile, disassemble, or attempt to derive the source code of the Service or its underlying systems.
- Bypass or attempt to bypass authentication, rate limits, tier limits, or any other security or quota mechanism.
- Use credentials or a license key that is not yours, or share your credentials or license key with anyone outside your authorized seat allotment.
- Use the Service in a way that interferes with its performance for other customers (for example, automated rapid-fire requests, denial-of-service patterns, or request floods).
- Scrape, mirror, or republish output from the Service in bulk in violation of these terms or of the third-party AI providers' policies.
- Use the Service to test or probe other systems for vulnerabilities without authorization.
Pass-through restrictions from our AI providers
Because we query OpenAI, Anthropic, Google, Perplexity, and SerpAPI on your behalf, you also agree to abide by each provider's usage policies as applied to the prompts you send and the outputs you receive. Specifically:
- You will not use the Service to violate OpenAI's Usage Policies.
- You will not use the Service to violate Anthropic's Usage Policy.
- You will not use the Service to violate Google AI's additional terms.
- You will not use the Service to violate Perplexity's API terms.
- You will not use the Service to violate SerpAPI's terms of service.
If an upstream provider terminates our access because of your activity, we may pass the cost on and recover it from you.
Reporting violations
If you believe another user or the output of the Service violates this policy or applicable law, email abuse@bdgeotracker.com with as much detail as you can share. We aim to acknowledge within 1 business day.
Consequences
Depending on severity, we may:
- Issue a warning.
- Disable affected features.
- Suspend or terminate your account, with or without refund.
- Report you to law enforcement or to the relevant rights-holder.
Cooperation with law enforcement
We cooperate with law enforcement requests that are lawful and properly served. We will, when permitted by law, attempt to notify the affected account holder before disclosing data.
